help Iowa businesses make smart, “real world” decisions as they
execute the terms and conditions of awarded government contracts.
Bouchonnet, whose 30-year career includes contracting-related jobs
for all five branches of the U.S. military, a hospital, and the Las Vegas
airport, will discuss the complexities of developing and maintaining
business with a company’s government customers. She will use reallife
stories and examples to review the contracting process and share
strategies for issues like invoice discrepancies, managing protests,
contract changes, claims disputes, and contract termination.
Bouchonnet will walk you through best practices, then illustrate the
concepts even further by taking you through special exercises and
