About Rachel: Rachel Regenold took a career detour after 12 years of practicing law to help others reconnect with their bodies in the midst of their busy lives. Rachel owns Iowa Seeker Wellness, where she offers yoga and massage, in addition to teaching trauma-sensitive yoga at the VA Hospital and teaching business & marketing at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School. As a cancer survivor and recovering overachiever, educating others on self-care is one of her passions.
