About Dr. Strohbehn: Dr. Catherine Strohbehn has been an educator and researcher in the areas of food service management and food service safety for 30+ years. She has presented her work to over 250 groups at international,
national and state meetings. She received the NSF International Food Safety Educator of the Year award in 2010.
