The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Central Procurement team (the team that helps to oversee state purchasing) is now offering Orientation for Vendors interested in doing business with the State of Iowa agencies to help address questions vendors may have as they look for solicitations and learn what the state of Iowa purchases.

The objectives of each session include:

  • Learning the basics of public procurement.
  • Learning about what the State purchases.
  • Learning where to find solicitations.
  • Learning who to contact.
  • Learning where to find other procurement information.
