Government contracting doesn’t always require receiving a contract – or even dealing directly with the government. This online webinar is designed to help Iowa businesses understand the benefits of subcontracting opportunities, where to find them, and when subcontracting might make the most sense for your company.
Webinar participants will receive an overview of subcontracting plans and how to be effective in marketing yourself to other companies. We’ll explain tactical processes to identify subcontracting opportunities and discuss why these opportunities may be a better fit for some companies and industries – as well as a great initial way for your firm to build its past performance.
Prerequisite: It is recommended that you participate in GovCon 101, or have had a one-on-one meeting with a CIRAS government contracting specialist prior to attending this session. Attending one of our Market Research workshops can also help you determine whether subcontracting is appropriate.
