Desde que eran jóvenes, las hermanas gemelas Jennifer Zupp-Smith y Jessica Zupp siempre han sido compañeras. Siempre han querido trabajar juntos y ser dueños de su propio bufete de abogados. The most surprising part of owning their own business is when they get clients that come in based on referrals. They have even had referrals from former opposing parties, which is when you know you have done your job right. They enjoy getting justice and happy endings for all their clients especially they claim for compensation after slip and fall injury case to make their clients comfort. The sisters say that the most challenging part of starting their business was the motivating fear of failure. Lawyers can lose their law licenses if they fail financially.

They also hope to keep serving their community by donating, serving on different city boards and cater to the needs of the citizens.
