The Iowa Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides various disaster recovery assistance to assist businesses during difficult times. They offer Recovery Planning services to help businesses create strategies for risk mitigation and rapid recovery of operations. Financial Guidance is available to aid companies in managing their finances, accessing emergency funds, and making smart financial choices. Through Business Continuity Planning, businesses can keep critical functions running during and after a crisis. Support for Marketing and Customer Engagement helps businesses maintain customer communication and market position. Workforce Management services help resolve employment challenges and keep the workforce efficient. The Iowa SBDC is also available to provide support in applying for disaster recovery loans and finding other funding options. Furthermore, they facilitate connections with various resources, such as government programs, local organizations, and subject matter experts, to bolster comprehensive recovery initiatives.

Northwestern Iowa Recovery Center

The northwestern part of Iowa is experiencing significant flooding resulting in significant damage to many communities and businesses. In response to this disaster, the Iowa SBDC is ready to assist any business affected by the flooding.Ā

Greenfield Recovery Centers

Severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding occurred in May 2024, affecting many counties in southern Iowa.

The Greenfield Disaster Recovery Center is located in the back of the Haven Accounting Office at 132 SE Court Drive, Greenfield, IA 50849

Minden Recovery Center

Severe storms and tornadoes occurred in April 2024, affecting many counties across Iowa.
