Deb Davis is extremely proud of Sisterās Home Style EntrĆ©es. Her company makes frozen meals to go and is located in downtown Humboldt. Deb offers family packages, but the majority of the companyās sales are its meals-for-one.
Sisterās Home Style EntrĆ©es prepares the meals from scratch, packages those meals and then ships the meals out to customers all over Iowa. The companyās online ordering capability is a great way for busy people to custom order single meals for themselves or their aging parents.

- Sisterās Home Style EntrĆ©es expanded its facilities from two buildings totaling 4,800 square feet, to a new building with 25,000 square feet.
- Sisterās Home Style EntrĆ©es, which started with only Deb and her husband cooking, packaging, and shipping the meals, has grown to more than 31 full-time employees. The company sold only 1,400 meals per month in its first six months but is now going through a major expansion, with sales at 37,000 meals per month in Iowa, and a huge opportunity to grow its market further.
